Nice try... after complaining that it was not what we reserved, and the girl at the reception going of to talk to the invisible manager we finally got the room we had booked... The view is pretty much the only positive thing. The rest is pretty bad, from the quality of the small bed that felts like a water bed, to the general maintenance of the hotel, old, run down and ugly. In threes weeks in Gr?ce, definitely the worst hotel... By the way Agios N. Is not really worth the visit, much nicer places on this island | 2 |

The building was so charming- there was a bookshelf outside our room, they lit pretty lanterns at night, there was a swing in the lobby, they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. The location cant get any better- right in the heart of the port, close to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in 5 hotels over the course of our stay in Crete and it was one of my favorites! | 5 |

We had a family suite which was big enough and good value. The bathroom and kitchen are small but adequate. There are a lot of stairs - not great if you have young children and strollers! The location is good, especially if you want to be close to bars. Lovely view and there is air-conditioning (although one of the air conditioners didn't really work).
